What we do

Three pillars, one seamless experience

Freight forwarding falls apart at the handoffs. We keep air, ocean, and customs under one roof so all aspects of your transportation are under our direct control.

Why Celeris Global

Built for shippers who demand visibility and reliable results

Celeris is Latin for swift. The name sets the standard we hold ourselves to: fast quotes, fast bookings, and trusted execution.

Quotes inside one business day

Most lanes come back same-day with all-in pricing and a routing you can plan against.

Worldwide agent network

Vetted partners in origin and destination markets, managed to our service standards.

Compliance is not an afterthought

Classification and documentation reviewed before departure, not after a hold.

Real visibility, not status guesses

Milestones and documents live in Celeris Track, available to your whole team.

Common questions

Good to know before you ship

What do you need in order to quote?

Origin and destination (city, postal code or port/airport), gross weight, piece count and dimensions, a description of the commodity, and your target ship or arrival date. Incoterms and commercial value help us price duty and insurance accurately, but we can quote freight without them.

Can you handle both the freight and the customs entry?

Yes — that is the point of keeping customs services in-house. When we handle both, classification and documentation are reviewed while the cargo is still moving, so the entry is ready before arrival instead of after.

Do you move partial loads and single pallets?

We do. LCL ocean consolidations and air freight are both economical well below a full container, and for smaller or urgent shipments we will tell you honestly when an expedited parcel service is the better answer.

What about hazardous, oversized or temperature-controlled cargo?

All three are in scope. Dangerous goods move under IATA and IMDG rules with the correct declarations, out-of-gauge cargo ships on flat rack or open-top equipment or as air charter, and reefer capacity is available on ocean services. Send us the specifications and we will confirm what the lane supports.

How do I see where my shipment is?

Every booking is visible in Celeris Track, our transportation management portal, with milestone updates and shipment documents in one place. Your team can be given access at no cost.

Have freight to move?

Send us the details and we will come back with routing and pricing — usually the same day.
